First Baptist Church of Beverly Calls New Pastor

The congregation at First Baptist voted on Sunday, June 12 to call Ami Vielehr (right) as their new pastor.  Current Pastor Arlene Bird (left) will retire in September.  In the interim period, both pastors will work together to provide a smooth transition for the church, serving in the pulpit on alternate Sundays.
