Interested in Searching Your Family Tree?
Developing your own family tree can be a fascinating hobby, while
providing a new window through which to see history. The West Jersey
Genealogy Club meets in the lower-level Fellowship Room at First Baptist
Church, 405 Broad St., Beverly. The club is open to experienced
genealogists, as well as beginners. The purpose is to fellowship with
others who hold this common interest, as well as to share research methods and
resources. Perhaps you will even meet a distant cousin, or two, and
someone who may be researching your own ancestral line. Field trips are
also planned to local research libraries, such as the Burlington County
Historical Society, to explore resources and possibilities.
For more information on this new Genealogy Club
and other activities open to the community at First Baptist Church of Beverly,
please call Pastor Arlene Bird at (609) 387-3266.
